For Provinces

Considering Provendium for your Province?

Provendium™ is built for the Provincial Office and the people around it. It brings the diary, the registers and the administration into one system, and it can start from the records you already keep.

What you get

One place for the work of a Provincial year.

One diary, one source of truth

Every Lodge and Chapter meeting planned and published from the same place, instead of a spreadsheet and a website widget that drift apart.

Your website, kept current

An embedded calendar that matches your site and updates itself, so the diary members see is always the live one.

Registers without the spreadsheets

Units, officers and members held together, with each Brother's service kept as a record rather than re-typed each year.

Meetings that run themselves

Invitations, replies, dining numbers, seating and summons handled in one flow, so the Office and the DC team work from the same picture.

Privacy you can stand behind

Each Province kept separate, contact details encrypted, and members seeing only what they should. More on security & privacy.

No blank sheet to fill

We can bring your existing membership records across, so the system arrives already recognising your Lodges and Brethren.

How it works

Getting started, step by step.

Get in touch

Tell us about your Province and what you would like Provendium to do. We will talk it through and answer your questions, including on data protection.

We bring your records across

Your existing membership records (Brethren, units, offices, ranks and the forward calendar) are imported and checked, so you start from where you already are.

Set up with your Office

We work with the Provincial Office to get the diary, the officers and the settings right, and to make sure the people who run it recognise their own Province in it.

Publish your calendar

Embed the calendar on your Provincial website and open the subscribable feeds, so members can see and follow the diary straight away.

Roll out to Lodges and members

Bring in invitations, replies, dining and seating at the pace that suits you, so the Office and the DC team adopt it without disruption.

Where we are

In a Provincial pilot.

Provendium is in use in a Provincial pilot, and being readied for wider release. That means it is built on real Provincial needs and real data, and that an early Province has a genuine hand in shaping it.

If your Province would like to see it in use, or to be among the first to adopt it, we would be glad to arrange a conversation.

Questions

What Provinces ask us.

Does it cover both Craft and Royal Arch?

Yes. The diary, the registers and the meetings handle Craft and Royal Arch together, and a Brother who serves in both appears as one person with both affiliations.

Do we have to move everything at once?

No. Most Provinces start with the diary and the website calendar, then bring in invitations, dining and seating as they are ready. You set the pace.

Will it fit our existing website?

The embedded calendar is styled to sit within your Provincial website and is locked to your own domains. It renders on your page rather than sending members elsewhere.

Can you bring our current records across?

In most cases, yes. Provendium is designed to import a Province's existing membership records, checked before anything is applied, so you are not starting from scratch.

Let's talk about your Province.
