About

Built for the way Provinces work.

A Province's year takes a lot of organising. Provendium is meant to make that work simpler and safer, without changing the traditions it serves.

The problem we set out to solve

Most Provinces run on a patchwork. The diary sits in one place, officer lists in another, invitations go out by email, a calendar widget is bolted onto the website, and a good deal is held only in the Secretary's head. It works until something is missed, or someone moves on.

Provendium replaces that patchwork with one system. The diary, the registers, the invitations and the notices live together, so the picture stays complete and up to date.

Provincial compendium

A compendium for a Province: everything in one place.

Privacy at the foundation

Privacy is built in from the start.

  • Each Province is kept separate. One Province's information is never visible to another.
  • Sensitive personal details are encrypted. Contact information is protected, not left in plain text.
  • Members see only what they should. Public information stays public, and private information stays private.

Provendium is designed around the discretion Freemasonry expects, so a Province can keep more of its administration in one place with confidence.

Where we are

Provendium is in a Provincial pilot. If your Province would like to know more, or to see it in use, get in touch.
